Cheesy broccoli bites!
Broccoli Cheesy Bites. Once you eat this you will never want to eat broccoli in any different way. Every time I make this I don't understand why don't I make them more often🙈 I wanted to keep some for school lunches tomorrow but the boys ate them all! You all should seriously try them! Here is what I used: 1 head of broccoli 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (use any breadcrumbs you have) 3/4 cup grated cheese 1 egg (I ended up using 2 eggs because my broccoli head was too big. You will be able to know if you need a second egg) Sea salt and pepper. Blend them and fry them with a tiny bit of olive oil! They are absolutely delicious 😋

How to grow vegetables from home
In this video I built and planted my first vegetable bed. I used all the farmyard in the video (4 bags) and I also sprinkled around the perimeter a slug killer so the slugs don't eat my vegetables. Ideally you should but a copper metal all around the wood to keep the slugs away. I will eventually do that but for now I am sprinkling that stuff. If you have any questions please let me know!
